I was genuinely impressed with the hotel's cleanliness and modern facilities, which combined traditional Japanese decor, like tatami mats, with contemporary comforts. The onsen experience, with both public and multiple private baths, provided a relaxing retreat after a long day. the hotel's location just a short walk from the train station made it convenient for exploring the area, while the staff were always friendly and accommodating.
Utterly happy with everything.

Really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend this hotel. The venue was well-equipped and the location was particularly good and super adjacent to Beppu Station and the private and public onsens, a good restaurant nearby for dinner and Beppu.

We only got two for three of us, and despite asking for more, they kept saying they were out or limited to two per room. Such a letdown!

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The welcoming staff, spotless room, and relaxing onsens made our stay good. I loved the variety of baths and private onsens; waiting was never an issue. The nearby attractions like the Beppu Tower were perfect for family bonding. Breakfast offered great selection, though the dining area felt crowded. I'd happily stay again!

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is super convenient, just a short 2-minute walk from the train station, which made exploring the city a breeze. The private onsen experience was definitely a highlight, so relaxing and authentic. I also loved the free midnight ramen-what a delicious treat after a long day!
The communication with the staff could definitely be improved. I had a bit of trouble with my restaurant reservations, which took longer than expected. Plus, I wish I could have tried more onsens; they looked amazing! it was decent but not without its hiccups.

I had a fantastic experience at Onyado Nono. The moment I arrived, I appreciated the newness of the place, and the tatami flooring throughout was a lovely touch. I enjoyed the private and public baths, which were great for relaxation, and the complimentary treats like popsicles and coffee were a nice bonus. The staff were welcoming, and I found the entire atmosphere to be a perfect blend of modern and traditional.
Breakfast was pricey at 2,800 yen. 😅.

Like it or leave it? Here's my verdict
The hotel's central location was great. Rooms were immaculate, contributing to a restful stay.
While the staff was friendly, language barriers hindered effective communication at times. The size of the private onsens felt limited for larger groups, which may disappoint some.

I loved the new, clean room with tatami floors and the comfortable hotel wear. The location is unbeatable-just a quick stroll from the station-and the staff were super friendly and helpful.
The breakfast offerings could benefit from a few more vegetarian options.
